Flying J
The Dothan Planning Commission held an open meeting to
discuss upcoming plans over the much debated Flying J Travel
Plaza.
The city commission approved plans weeks ago for the
company to build a miniature version of the plaza on property
designated commercial, with room for Flying J to expand if
needed.
The planning commission approved for Flying J to rezone and
expand more than 10 acres on property deemed partially
residential, business, and office.
Neighbors near the area aren't too happy.
The area is at the intersection of South Oates, Ross Clark
Circle and Hodgesville Road. |
